Conference Fee: 390 Euro

The conference fee includes lodging for 3 nights, meals for the duration of the conference, transfers from DenBosch rail station, conference materials, sightseeing excursion, invitation letter for visa, and a copy of the published proceedings (mailed after the conference).  

 

Subsidy Request

Through the generosity of our conference hosts, some money is available for subsidy for conference fee only, but this is very limited. No funds are available to assist with travel cost. Please submit requests well in advance of the conference.

 

Note the following criteria: Subsidized delegates are expected to attend the full conference. Subsidy will be awarded based on the country of residence in Europe and IAPCHE individual membership. We will subsidize only one delegate per institution and strive for an equal distribution of delegates from the countries in the European region.

Delegates from these countries may apply: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Latvia. Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia & Montenegro, Slovak Republic, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan. We base this on the World Bank classification of economies by region and income 2007.
