All cancellations must be sent in writing (by mail or fax, NOT e-mail) to the IAPCHE Hosting Committee, P.O Box 80, 6719 BB, Ede, The Netherlands.
Notes: Reimbursement is subject to the following conditions and will be processed AFTER the Conference. Requests for refunds made after 15 March 2009 will not be considered. If you have registered, but not paid your fees yet, the cancellation policy is still applicable.
1. Cancellations before 15 February: 50% of
the fees
2. Cancellations between 15 February and 15 March 2009: 75% of the fees
3. After 15 March 2009: no refund
